What a great shoot this was, just like all my shoots I always have a blast meeting new people and making them comfortable in front of the camera.. We had a great time.

I was hesitant to take them to Terrywhile only because I feel like it being used a ton for shoots, I like to be original and change up my shoots in every single way...but I shocked myself on how much I got out of going there again!!

This Maternity Shoot was different from what I have done before, because it was two mama's to be.. and they are sisters, not so far apart!! It was a gorgeous day and the husbands and dogs had a fun time getting in on the posing action!!

Thanks you guys so much for letting me capture those bellies! I am looking forward to all of it with you, Justine's birth shoot is coming up soon, her sister lives in MA, so we will do post baby stuff, but either way thanks again girls!!

This week is Jump for Joy week and I knew I had just the perfect picture. I actually have more than one, but I really liked this one and thought it was perfect. Jeff is jumping over his wife and jumping for joy, they are expecting their first baby (since this picture they have her in their arms...) But I thought it was fitting since they were so excited about becoming parents. This image was also awesome because it was taken at an amazing workshop that I did about Off camera lighting from a wonderful husband and wife team, Eric and Amber of RAW photography!! ;0)

I truly love engagement shoots and I try my hand at all different ways to shoot them. Today was a challenge, with the awkward light inside the aquarium which wasn't easy, but I think I did a good job. Then we ventured out to South Norwalk one of my favorite places of all time. I could have stayed there all day

Who doesn't love NYC? I wish I could live there!! Yesterday I had so much fun with Emily, Jon and some of their family!! They are a very beautiful couple, but most important they are awesome!! I was on part of the pier Yesterday and I kept getting yelled at by one of the patrol people telling me to put my tripod away!! I told her I didn't understand, and that she should get it right it was my lightstand.. LOL She said it was private property and we can take pics but I had to put my tripod away.. I told her I still didn't get it so instead I took Jon and Emily and MY LIGHT STAND and went where she couldn't see us!! But when she was around I had Alex, Jon's brother hold it for me!! It was pretty funny!!
But best of all we had a wonderful day with great weather and a very successful enagement shoot.

I need to start blogging more!! I need to start keeping you all excited about our lives and what Is happening.. LOL

Things are a bit crazy, but good.. I am diving head first in trying to make my photography business take off! I just booked 7 Sessions and 4 of them I have waived the session fee, but they are buying prints from me... and 3 of the Session's booked are being paid in full... So I am really excited. Word of mouth is the best advertising!! SO we will see what happens from here, I am hoping for my calender to fill up quick!! www.mwphotographyshoot.com

Miles and Lily are growing up so fast it is crazy!! Lily is very excited about having another sibling, and Miles is in for a shock when he realizes he is not Mamma's baby anymore..(of course he will always be my mamma's boy) but it is great timing that a new one is coming right when he is turning two!! NOT!

Lily is learning how to play hockey and can SKATE by HERSELF!! I literally cried when I saw her do it by herself the first time.. She is going to rock the ice. Jon played Hockey beginning at age 6 so to say that Jon is on top of the world is an understatement!!

I work 3 nights a week, overnights. So you can kinda say that I am a sort of stay at home mom, and I am actually enjoying it more than I thought I would. We joined the YMCA and with your membership You get free babysitting in a daycare set up room.. IT is the best motivation for me to work out everyday, what better to have some quiet time to work out without your two engergized kids while they play and socialize in a great kid room!! It makes me get out of the house on a regular basis to go kick my butt in the gym..

:0) Well that is a good update for now!! I hope that the weather continues to get nicer, and we can all get that much needed fresh air !! Have a great week.

I did not witness my best friend Use a maxi pad cover to wipe her daughter's Nose, claiming it was the only thing she could find in her purse... OMG it made me want to run home and do my Not me Monday's!! I would never catch Jessica doing that!! NEVER

I did not promise myself to slow down on eating since being almost 3 months preggers, I have felt so uncomfortable already and then sit here and continue to pig out.. Never not me!!

I do not check my email on my phone At least a thousand times a day to see if I have any new face book messages, or that someone would want me to do a photo session!! Never not me use my time wisely like that... Thank God we have unlimited Internet usage on our plan

I did not miss my Nurses visit appt AGAIN for the third week today, I JUST know what a flippin waste of time that 45 min apt is especially since it is now the third time I have to sit through it... I would never miss an important appt like that

I am not at all ignoring my house that needs to be cleaned to write out my NOT me Mondays.. That would be ultimately silly that I would ignore everything that needs to be done!!

We got Mile's hair cut on Saturday and now he really looks like a little boy. I don't want him to get so big.

SO update. I have been trying to create a website by myself and it is not working... SO I am going to dig deep and I am going to have one made for me.
Once that is up and running, I will be posting my URL and my info so I can finally launch my photography business off the ground.

I am also going to work hard on keeping my blog up to date, and need to put some more time and effort into keeping it up.

I know that I have been so NOT me Monday'ing, but I need to get back to it, so here it goes, Check out MCKMama's site (link above) and enjoy!!

1. I so did not get upset this morning, when our "boarder" (long story) but the DH's Cousin is living with us) Woke me up this morning by coming home at 6am after going to a party( ONE and A half Hours before I had to hear my alarm....) And I had to listen to my Dog bark her head off and I woke up.. OH let me tell you how I so would have never blown my top if my 16 month month old had woken up.. JB is lucky that It was only me, and that is not saying much, cause I so didn't go to work with a chip on my shoulder I would never be bitter about the mere fact that we have a "BOARDER" who is 21 ****** NOT ME>

2. I so do not come home at night after working 3 ten hour days in a group home taking care of people who are disabled to aquriing more house work, a mean second wind, a need to eat more and stay up until 2am.. That is so not me it makes me laugh..

3 I so don't get ADD on the Imac, and try to accomplish 15 million things all at once, and then get NO WHERE That is so why I don't take medication for that..
LOL

4. I am so not sitting here at work typing out my NOT me's when I should be showering, bathrooming, and putting the consumers to bed LOL I would never let the computer get in my way..

5. I am also SO not letting my huge engergy, passion, and love for photography get in the way of anything (EVERYTHING) .. NOT me.

6. I also don't love putting new pics I take on facebook so that I can get reassured of my already known knowledge that I am a good photographer...!!
I totally do not like getting those amazing compliments. That is just ridiculously NOT ME>

Okay I have the best one ..

I did not get my 14 month old out of my bed this morning, because his cloth diaper was wet, and go to change him into another... but before I changed him, I got some nuddy snuggles from my boy, and laid him on my chest with him in bed which was so nice (I don't like that he is getting so so big...) AND WHAT DOES HE DO>> HE PEES ON ME!!! OMG, I was laughing so hard.. I would never even think that my boy would pee on me...LOL

I did not come home the other night from dropping off my babysitter to my whole house full of smoke and the pizza on the slated cookie sheet on top of the gas burner was on fire and in flames.. To realize that my dog must have jumped up to get the pizza and turned on the gas to ignite it.. Thank God for Small favors.. and Not to one self "DON'T Leave pizza out in plain sight not covered on top of the gas burner for your dog to try to snag, while not at the house.....

I so did not work an overnight on Thursday, not sleep then for 24 hours and proceeded to move my family to a new house the next day.. I went to bed feeling so weird.... thinking how much I LOVE sleep. ME love sleep that is not me..

I absolutely did not leave all my xmas shopping to do until the last minute, hoping that some magic fairy was going to finish it for me.. Oh maybe I should wake up from that unrealistic dream and get shopping..

Carla Ten Eyck Workshop and Engagement Shoot With Eric and Erin..What an amazing learning experience

I HAD The best day yesterday on Tues that I have had in a very long time.

I most certainly needed it and I am so proud of what I learned!! I met some of the best woman ever and had such an amazing time watching and learning and surprising myself with what I can do.. WOW "COME on" as Carla would say (come on is short for her "WOW") the group was small, supportive, a ball of laughs. AND THE BEST YET>>>>>>> for all of you who know me.. THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE that TALKS MORE THAN ME>>Or maybe a new equal.. LOL LOL Aurora, a new friend who lives right here in New Milford is one of the funniest people I know and she and I carpooled yesterday, OMG We talked and talked and talked it was awesome. She is more established as a photographer in the area and it is nice to now have a reference and mainly a new friend.. Anyone want to hang out with us, we give away free earplugs.. and we aim for decaf... YEA RIGHT> NOT ME>

The other woman, and our models were fantastic, and awesome, and I cannot say enough good things about yesterday.....

NOW my tribute to an amazing woman who I am now in awe of .... Carla is a beautiful person first, a wonderful mom to two adorable kids, (HER KIDS are calm... ) i want to trade) LoL just kidding... but she is so talented I do not think there are words in the dictionary to describe her eye, creativity , her passion and her love for what she does.. I am a very perceptive person and the first thing that I noticed is that Carla is as bright as a bulb when she speaks about, teaches and gives her all about photography.. Mind you I just met her yesterday but I can tell already why she is as good as she is.. WOW "come on" is all I can say!! Check out her work..

I have not done one of these in a while, and thought that I would give it a go this morning, while I listen to my 14 month old in his crib, praying that he falls back asleep rather than then thinking that since he is talking to himself in his own language that he is probably ready to get up ... I wouldn't do that!! NOT ME!!

I did not spend about 5 hours last night trying to figure out this smug mug website, the pro version and their crazy HTML page design that I want so badly to learn how to do. I am sure there is an easy way to do this, I just have to figure it out...

I am not sitting here on the computer once again when I SHOULD BE GETTING READY FOR WORK>> NOT ME EVER

I surely did not go up to a friends house on Saturday morning to do a photo shoot of her girls, instead of packing my house in the morning since my mother n law had my daughter.. I would never put Photography in front of anything since it is now my new passion.. NOT SO MUCH>

I would never sit on the computer for hours, researching other photography sites, finding amazing materials to learn, stare in awe at my screen, wishing and hoping and thinking that one day I can have all that too. Instead of Packing/Cleaning/and doing anything else a Mom should do around the house.... I would never do that.

OKAY Now it is time to get moving for work.. COMPUTER OFF!! LOL

I cannot believe that it is Monday again!! Wow Days just flow one into another....

I DID NOT forget my nieces birthday this past week !! WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME. She just turned three and I had to be reminded by reading my sister's facebook status about her Paige turning three...I WOULD never forget that, NOT ME>

I DID NOT say to myself and my friend Jessica that I was banning all wine consuming from my life and house, and then Proceed to drink at least 3 glasses of my favorite red wine on Saturday night.. That would be so out of my character.

I SO SO did not get myself on Ebay,( to think that I had any extra money YEA RIGHT) and proceed to bid on a 70-300mm zoom lens, and a 28 pc kit of 52mm Lens filters, thinking that IN NO Way would I win them, and GUESS WHAT .. Yea I am now the proud owner of a lens and lens filters... LOL I would never open a can of worms like that!!! NEVER NOT ME>

Talking to the Progressive Insurance agent tonight I ABSOLUTELY IN NO Way fanagled my way out of paying OUR WHOLE past due amount, so I can go ahead and pay part of that Paypal amount that I now owe because My irrational, impulsive, and stupid shopping habit has gotten in the way AGAIN!!!!!!

I am In Deep DOO DOO>. So if you think that there is something wrong, like no facebook pictures posted, no wordless Wed's posted or no Kodak galleries sent out this week, please call 911 something has happened, I either ran away or my husband has buried me for my dumbness..

Weekend Reflections

What a great weekend I had, it was a true eye opener!! I realized after working about 3 Shifts at work just how lucky we are and how grateful we should always be. Taking care of these people is challenging, but rewarding when you think that this too could happen to anyone we know including ourselves and what you give to others is what you would like to see given back to you, so it then makes your job easier!!

The Five things I loved about this weekend.

1. I got my first set of materials for my online course in photography, and am excited to get to work. OH and I took a 2 hour class sat morning, not only was it nice to get a break, but it was fun to learn some new things.

2. I had fun meeting new people and seeing new faces as I floated around to a few different houses this weekend for work, and On Friday I got a huge compliment from the staff of the house I worked at on Thursday saying that they thought I was one of the best floaters that they had worked with. WOW I was excited.

3. I won an ebay bid for a zoom lens for my camera and cannot wait to get it. EBAY is bad news for someone who likes "things" LOL

4. I spent a wonderful sunday with two great and bestest friends, and the kids, it was a fun Morning afternoon to snap pictures and keep practicing..

5. And Best of all Jon and I are starting to get into a routine with me be back at work and he is now getting a taste of "Life with the kids for more than just a few hours when he is home from work" NOW he is with them alone for increments of 9 or more hours.. God Does love me.. LOL

A part of this is, Now I am back at work, and I am back to treasuring the weekends and the time that I have with the kids, and Jon (when he is not working!!) Top Ten Things I loved about this weekend.

1. Jon stayed home on Saturday so that I was able to get my house cleaned, organized and we did some "winter cleaning" and threw a ton of stuff away!!

2. I actually for the first time in a long while, sat down on a friday night and watched a movie with Jon and to top it off, without falling asleep!!

3. I got creative with a close rack hanger thing on wheels, some black and white fabric and took these few pictures trying to get the professional effect of a backdrop... YEA I have still tons of work to do learning more about this, but regardless this was one of the results...

4. I loved also this weekend watching Miles really get a handle on walking, I would say he is pretty much at about 75% Thank God He waited a bit longer than Lily who walked at 9.5 months!! LOL

5. Last but not least I loved that I was able to get the kids out on Sunday for a little photo shoot at the beach in Norwalk.. The fresh air felt awesome!!

I am still experimenting with my new camera.. I will get better at this.. Just takes practice..

Okay So It is Monday Again, and this Monday is a bit Different... I am starting training for my new job, so I am putting this "NOT ME MONDAY" in very early in the morning, which is very much NOT ME>>> LOL

* I did not by any means start crying this past week reading "Are you my mother" to my daughter Lily, I couldn't help it when the bird was reunited with her Mother after her frightening experience with the Crane!! That would be so out of character...

* I did not explain to Jessica that I was "DONE" consuming any amount of wine at home anymore because it was not that great on my mood the next day or how I dealt with the kids, and then what do I do? I drank a whole bottle of it on Friday (WELL it was my birthday) and then felt like big ass the next day!! I couldn't see myself doing that... Heck no.

* I, (for every reason that is ethical) DID not encourage Jessica to give Tuffy to a new good home...enough said...>LOL (that is the nicer side of what came out of my mouth) !!!

Happy Fall Weekend!! It was my birthday on Friday, and it is my 5th wedding anniversary today, so for the festivities I purchased my First DSLR Camera A Nikon D60 I LOVE IT!! I also bought the book Nikon D60 for Dummies, :0P so I am so excited to learn how this Camera can make things happen.. I love photography and I cannot wait to learn everything I can about it.. I am thinking about getting into some Photography Classes and really take this to another level other than just shooting random shots..

I know that I have been terrible about doing posts, life has been quite busy. I got a new Job

and am very excited about it. I start on the 20th of this month, and am a bit anxious about how life at the Wilson house is going to change, Schedule wise I mean.. It will become utter chaos until We get ourselves working together to make for an easy routine. Yea good luck with that..!! LOL

I am almost there, almost able to buy the camera I want. My birthday is this weekend on Friday, and I have almost enough gift cards to purchase the Nikon D40 or D60 I am so excited, You have no idea...(sorry Jessica, I know that saying is annoying). So wish me luck for my 35 birthday and my 5th wedding anniversary that I get this camera. Actually it will do a world of good for everyone to not have to hear about my obsession, now they will have to deal with my compulsive picture taking (if you care I have 6,000 pictures uploaded on my Mac.. ) LOL Okay I am a total GEEK.. But practice makes perfect right?

I would Never DO That Monday's

Happy Monday to you all!!! I have a good list of them today, so here goes.

* I so did not start thinking about my "I didn't do that" list last Monday! That would be just way to organized for me!!

* I really did not put my one year old on the floor of Starbucks Bathroom for 2 seconds while I went quick (had to pee so o o o BAD) oh yea did I mention he was battling a cold/fever And when I was done I didn't wash his hands or anything.. That would be me taking preventive measures... LOL

* I didn't for what ever reason think it was okay to drop off my mountain bike almost 3 weeks ago to get it fixed.... Thinking it would be 35.00 instead it is 125.00!! So really I didn't think that since we have no money that it was going to be a problem paying that amount...

*I really must have been nuts to use up the whole page of this week in my daily planner writing down these "I Did Nots" Cause now I have no room for apt's and things that are important.

*My mom came to watch our kids for the weekend, so we could have a kidless weekend away for the first time in 3 years and asked to get her disposable diapers so she didn't have to do the cloth ones, I SO DID NOT LIKE the idea, thinking to myself I don't have to do laundry for a bit til they run out!! that would be so against my mission of cloth diapers..

*I so did not like the idea of having 3 amazing days of quiet, no ear tugging and sleep that would be unheard of...and quite frankly a little hard to believe.. Did we really go away..LOL

*I so did not go to bed last night at 8pm and wake up at 9:00am, that is so unlike me>>> and I so didn't leave my son in his crib for about 45 minutes after waking up so that I could lay there for another 45 minutes dreaming of the two days before remembering the quiet I experienced.

*And I so did not send into Best Buy's Trade Program the only camera I have in hopes to get 450.00 back (it was a sony 30g HDD 4.0 mega pixel)digital Camera Camcorder thing.. (I am saving to get the Nikon 40D DSLR) ON the weekend We went away to our college for alumni weekend in New Hampshire where they said it was the best foliage weekend and picture opportunities all over the place, So I didn't go away without my camera that would just be silly and not like me...

Well there it is, another attempt at making you laugh!! Have a great Monday.

I so did not sit in bed last night and eat an entire pint of Ben and Jerry's Ice cream all to myself...

I totally did not enjoy every minute of telling my 3 year old that we will no longer be allowed to watch tv..

I did not completely cry my eyes out a a stupid lifetime movie this weekend.. ?

I did not leave my camera charger at a friends house that lives about an hour away...

I did not forget to clear the history/cache on my Imac, so that my Dear Hubby saw me looking up EX boyfriends profiles on facebook!!

AND I SO did not go YET another night without putting away laundry just so it now going to make my job even harder.

Miles was born tonight at 10:20pm last year!! I seriously cannot believe how time goes by.. IT IS amazing how fast they grow.

Lily, Miles and I went down to Visit my good friend Stephanie and her daughter Caitlin. OMG what fun we had with the kids. Cate is about 6 months older than Lily, and they just get along so so well. Brett, Steph's hubby races cars so it is just natural that Cate would have a motorized Mustang. Red no less.. LOL However if you were to see Lily driving this bad boy, you would think immediately (if you know me) That is Melissa's Daughter. "The worst driver in the world" They did have fun though and that is all that matters. I have so really good pictures that I am working on Editing... So more to come.

Not Me Monday's

I am following the Fun of "Not Me Monday's" !! I thought this was definitely a good one!

Over the past week/weekend,

I did not let my three year old spend the whole entire day on Sunday watch TV one show after another while I chatted on the phone and sat in front of the Computer.

I did not find myself taking a spoon into an unopened container of Frosting and eating three spoonfuls because there was nothing else in this house to satisfy my sugar craving.

I did not proceed to call my friend Jessica for the thousandth time on a Friday night after having a few glasses of wine to utterly annoy her with my repeated babble.

I did not find last week at a good will drop off a older Britax car seat that someone was getting rid of and put it in my car, bring it home, clean it up and use it for my son, because I wanted to it to be known that I have a "Britax" car seat. ;0)

This is great.. Pass on the fun!!

Some Updates, and Photo Booth Imac Fun.

Well lots going on lately, My friend had her baby finally after 11 days over due, My other friend Dawn is about to have her baby, a bit early and We are quickly approaching Miles ONE year old birthday in just 9 Days!! ( Side Bar) ... The same day of the new season premiere of Grey's !! Funny Story, last year it was the same thing. I was not progressing and at 9 pm the night I was in labor, and the Dr said that I may have to have a c section, it had already been over 12 hours.. SO I told him to give me 1 more hour. Grey's was just coming on and it was the season premiere and I wanted to watch it .. SO he said okay, and I did .. He came back as soon as it was over and much to his surprise, I went from 3 cm to 10 just by relaxing and watching Grey's... LOL SO now I definitely have to make that my favorite show.. OH wait Lost stills wins favorite If they would just not make us wait until 2009....OH you just wait ..I am so going to be turning this blog into the "Lost" blog when that season starts...LOL

So other than that, Lily started a preschool program last week and LOVES it.

I cannot express to you enough what a difference this household is since she started this program.. Monday through Friday 12pm -2:30 It is great. She gets to be around friends again and enjoys the time away to be a big girl. I love that she loves it.

I hate that she is getting so big so quick, it was like yesterday she was just born. TIME flies to fast, and now my baby is going to be one. I can tell you though that little Miles with the big head, is NOT walking any time soon, I push him down. LOL I want him to stay my peanut for just a bit longer!! Since we are done with making children, I want to milk his smallness(he is not really that small ) for as long as I can. :0)

My Imac Photo Booth is a riot. Lily loves to take pictures with it. You count down 3-1 and then it flashes as it takes your picture. You have to look up at the built in Webcam/Camera so that you are not always looking down. LOL

Tonight I just entered a photo contest with the picture of the lizard below under the animals category , I don't think I will win but the first prize is one of the camera's I am dying to get.

Lily, Miles and I,
(we are on almost 8 days of The three of us with no Daddy AGHH, Jon just came home from CA today and we left for the Vineyard.... )

are staying at a hotel in Falmouth MA tonight and I wanted to share with you what Miles decided was the funniest thing in the whole world. He pretty much Unraveled a TP role in Five minutes! It was pretty funny.
All I have to say is I CANNOT wait til tomorrow when I am around my family! I need a bit of a break! GOD bless Single women with more than one child!!!
I really don't know how you do it, I am about to loose my mind.

I know I am usually home a lot by myself, but I did finally realize that the times that Jon is around is extremely helpful in keeping me somewhat sane. SO having said that I am definitely going to cherish the moments that Jon is home (which is only about 1/3 of the week) but I am going to make the best of when he is. This has been an extremely trying week we just finished, but it is making me stronger and more aware THAT I NEED A LONG VACATION BY MYSELF>>>>LOL LOL

This morning was so funny!! Miles was wide awake, and full of energy! He was playing around while I made Lily breakfast. For those who don't know what the inside of my house looks like, I have one of those living room, dining room, family room combo's SO basically one big room. I have a routine of Miles proofing and for the most part it works. Well this morning I turn around for two minutes and This is what I find... Miles crying cause he got himself in this predicament!! He had no idea how to get down!! LOL It was so funny. HE IS A MONKEY!!

New Puzzles, New Way to track behavior ;0), Playground time with Daddy, and WOW Mom got to finally have half a day by herself and a full 1.5 hour nap!

We had a busy weekend !!
Friday :
I met up with Jessica's Mom to take a walk with the four kids!! It was a very interesting walk.. We walked a route that I have not walked in a long time, so it was a bit harder than I remembered. We did 4.5 miles and 90% was Uphill!! I am lucky if Jessica's Mom ever talks to me again. :0) LOL Then the rest of the day was spent cleaning and resting!!

Saturday:
I finally was able to have a half of a day to myself, I took a beautiful hike with one of my best childhood friends, It was so good to have some time to myself. I woke up and left the chaos in Jon's hands!! LOL hehhee God did that feel good. After running a bunch of errands, I came home to the kids napping. A little shocked, but then I realized that nothing is perfect because I had to spend the rest of the day cleaning up from the morning of not being there. I guess ~~men~~ non-multitaskers cannot do everything we can!! ;0)
I did however get chance to get lily some new puzzles and a puzzle rack!! She was very thankful.
Then Jon ~~non-multitasker~~ Got Lily some new Books, she was very excited about that too.
Lastly for Saturday I gave lily a new chart that I was able to find that she is so taken with ... It is a responsibility chart that includes A daily calender, and magnets. Everyday she gets to put a rewarding magnet next to the job/chore/daily activity that she completes with success. IT is all she can talk about. SO I am using it to my advantage. IF she gets a magnet for every Goal, then at the end of the week she will get a treat. It was an amazing find!!
Sunday:
Today was good also. The kids and I went to watch Daddy play Softball this morning! It looked like rain so Lily wanted me to wear my rain boots because she wore hers. I told her that she could wear hers, but I would wait until it was actually raining...LOL
We then came home to naps!! Daddy ~~escape artist~~ Had to go to work for a bit so we came home and waited so that we could go to the playground!!
The playground in Ridgefield is Awesome!! The Kids had a great time! So overall it was a wonderful weekend. We definitely had more family time, something we have not had in a long time. Please check out my other blog for more pictures. www.picturesmeltambo.blogspot.com

You know it is the end of the Summer when you start seeing Commercials for LOST Coming up!!

SO I titled this post the way I did because I saw a commercial a few minutes ago that LOST is making it's return and I cannot even tell you how pumped I am.. !~~~~ More to come about LOST in the future... OH I am so excited that I am not doing a blog, because I will be making weekly posts about my LOST addiction. SWEET..

Wow I cannot believe how fast this summer has flown by. I have to say I have had a wonderful Summer, (while Struggling financially) I still have enjoyed every waking moment with my kids, and hanging with our friends. We are about to embark on another transition, one of my best friends has to go back to her first grade classroom and I am truly depressed. Jessica and I have done some fabulous things over the summer!!

Every day has been new and different, Lily is becoming such a little big girl.. She is so smart, whitty, fresh and a handful at the same time. I guess you can truly say that she is 3!!
AND talk about time flying by< Miles will be one in about a month and a half. How did that happen?
I truly love watching them change everyday!! I know that I need to go back to work at some point I know we need the paycheck, but I am taking advantage of having the opportunity to be with my children.
Times can be trying and stressful, but the postive things about staying home and the love I feel from the kids, outweigh the frustrating moments.

My two new Obsessions are Making my family Gluten, Wheat and some Dairy Free. The kids and I are eating very healthy these days and I am keeping Lily off of Sugar as best I can... It is working very well and it is forcing me to be more creative with what food/meals I give the kids and myself. It is fun to make eating healthy fun!!! Trader Joe's is my new favorite Place. My second Obsession is Photography and I am looking for a DSLR camera for my birthday and am hoping to take a class at the end of OCT> It is my fun way of expressing my creative side.

SO having said that, I have added a new twist on my blog.. You need to check out www.picturesmeltambo.blogspot.com It is my new addition to my obssesion. I am going to write more on this blog, and keep the new one for my pictures. I know you may look at this picture and say to yourself SO the toys are put away? But if you know me, you will then remember that keeping toys together is not always easy! Tonight I just spent 6 hours throwing away missing pieces to things, things that were not good anymore and basically redoing the whole play area. I am having a ton of trouble with Lily listening, so I thought if I make our lives less chaotic and actually have toys nice and neat then maybe I may have an easier time redirecting her to fun things. I did put toys "away" so I have my switch out toys making the novelty of new but " old " things fun!! Here is just part of my re-organizing project!! Next project, Cleaning out the kids drawers!! That should be an experience!!
